JOB TITLE: Program Manager
Annual base Salary: Part Time $25/hour

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Degree in business management, business administration, or another relevant field.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years in parish, business, educational or non-profit administration, program management, and progressive responsibility is desirable.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day administration of our ministry experiences to ensure that goals are met on time, that the organization’s offerings are delivered, and that well-executed processes enrich the quality of formation experiences that the organization provides. The Program Manager works closely with the President and the entire team, including our facilitators and coaches and executes daily administration and operations according to the responsibilities listed below.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining accurate and timely project management systems.
- Manage and prioritize tasks and tactical needs of the organization.
- Organize and maintain a clear filing system.
- Manage IT tools (Formstack, Office 365, Flocknote, Mailchimp, and Zoom).
- Maintain confidentiality and engage professionally with the staff, volunteers, facilitators, coaches, vendors, and parish partners.
- Oversee office and event supplies. • Manage preparatory logistics for all programs and events.
- Handle all on-site logistics and hospitality at PG events.
- Provide hospitality and support to ministry constituents.
- Oversee communications to cohort participants.
- Respond to phone inquiries and the practical needs of constituents.
- Provide administrative support for all communications, marketing and promotional efforts of the organization when needed.
OTHER DUTIES: Working with PG team to develop new initiatives; participating in all team meetings; available on occasional evenings/weekends for event logistics, set up, food pickups, etc.
