Richard McCormack

Dick has been the owner of HUMANEERING International since 2002, which is dedicated to helping company and project teams self-align and focus on achieving their purpose. Dick is a lifelong Catholic having attended Catholic schools from the beginning through Villanova University. He has been involved with Preambula Group almost from the beginning as a executive advisor and coach as well as participant and co-director of multiple cohorts. Over the years, he has led multiple diocesan and parish retreats. Currently, he is active as a faculty member at Clemson University, as well as a PhD student. Dick is a Benedictine Oblate in association with the St. Vincent Archabbey monastic community.
