Rich DiClaudio

Rich has a 37-year career in finance and private capital investing that includes leadership positions in private equity investment funds, ultra-high-net worth family offices, ESG focused not-for-profits, faith-based, and educational organizations. He has directed over $1.4 billion AUM in various funds, investments, organizations, and endowments. Currently he serves in leadership positions on several boards, including: the $14 billion per year UPMC Health Plan (ISD), St Vincent Catholic Seminary as a Regent, Treasurer. He is a board member and chair of the Endowment Committee for Scott Hahn’s St Paul Center for Biblical Theology at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH. He is a co-founder and board member Purposed Vision and the Training for Human Thriving Institute funded by Bank of America, Highmark, and Google. He is a founding board member of the Building Ideas Group, a CMU tech start-up.
